A short guide to travel insurance. The time has come, the trip is booked, the suitcase is packed and we are really looking forward to the upcoming time in the Stäfeli. Nevertheless, unfortunately something unforeseen can happen...

Although we wish you and your loved ones the very best and hope that we can welcome you to Stäfeli without incident, we know that there are situations in which it is necessary to change the planned travel plans.

So that you are prepared for everything and nothing dampens your holiday anticipation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

for refundable rate:

• up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• in the last week before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
• in the event of early departure, we charge 100% of the total price of the booking
• free rebooking is only possible on request, subject to availability and only possible within the same season

for non-refundable rate:

• non-cancellable
• non-rebookable
• the special non-refundable rate is subject to 100% advance payment
• travel cancellation insurance recommended

Contract Conditions:
