Literary delights under the summer mountain sky

Günter Keil – one of Germany’s most influential literary journalists – is a guest at the Stäfeli every summer!
In collaboration with
Tyrolia Bookshop Bludenz, he presents the most exciting new releases.

During an inspiring afternoon with Günter Keil,

we had the chance to delve into the world of the latest releases together and discover lots of special book recommendations.

We would like to thank Günter Keil, all the guests who took part, and the Tyrolia Bookshop Bludenz for this successful event!

Book Readings

This summer, in addition to our existing literary events, we are delighted to present two new formats in collaboration with Helga Reder from the bookshop Tyrolia in Bludenz:

On 22 August 2026, we look forward to welcoming Marlene Kilga to the Stäfeli with her crime novel ‘Death Comes to Vorarlberg’. The reading will last approximately 45 minutes – afterwards, there will be an opportunity for a personal exchange with the local author in this private setting.

Petra Forster will be joining us at the Stäfeli on
5 September 2026
with her reading play for children.
The first round, for children aged 0–3 years, starts at 4 pm, followed by a second play at 5 pm for children aged 3–10 years.

You can register for both events directly at the hotel or
by email– we look forward to seeing you there!
