In the morning we will spoil you with an exceptionally rich, regional and colourful breakfast buffet.

In winter, you can look forward to the Stäfeli afternoon snack, which we prepare daily for you. You can enjoy it wherever you want, in the ZeitRaum, FrühstücksRaum or in the winter garden.

Enjoy in summer a tasty cake or frozen yogurt/ice cream in the afternoon at Hotel Stäfeli.

In our wine restaurant Achtele, we spoil you with an exciting mix of a la carte dishes, themed evenings, and also brand-new ideas. Closed on Wednesday.

The Stäfeli-Gaumenschmaus room rate includes breakfast and afternoon snack (excluding drinks). Table reservations can of course be made in the Achtele wine restaurant and for our theme evenings. If you have pre-booked the room rate with the Stäfeli half-board happiness, dinner is included.

Please keep in mind that you need to book your table at the Achtele in advance. You can book easily online.

Our Stäfeli half-board happiness!

This contains a rich breakfast with everything your heart desires - healthy, balanced and tasty, the Stäfeli afternoon snack with sweet treats and savory surprises as well as the Stäfeli half-board happiness!


The Stäfeli half-board happiness includes breakfast, our afternoon snack in winter or our “sweet surprise” in summer, as well as dinner. Here our half-board guests can choose a
3-course menu from the a la carte menu.


On some evenings our theme evenings  take place. On these special evenings there are
no menu alternatives. For the theme evenings we will be happy to reserve a table for you at your desired time between 6.30 pm and 8.00 pm. You are welcome to cancel your reservation at reception up to one day before the theme evening. In this case, we will deduct a small amount from your bill. Wednesday is our day off.
This evening is not included in the Stäfeli half-board happiness!


The Stäfeli half-board happiness can only be booked as a room rate and cannot be added to an existing room booking on site.


In winter, it is also for our half-board guests necessary to reserve a table at the Achtele wine restaurant. We will of course be happy to make the reservation for you. Please let us know your preferred time when you book your room.


Possible table reservation times  on a la carte evenings are:

6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

18.30 until 20.30

from 8.00 p.m. or from 8.30 p.m.

Our Super Cool Maxi-Mini-Bar

Instead of a typical minibar in the room, we have created a facility with real added value for our guests. Maximum flexibility and even more enjoyment.

At our Maxi-Mini-Bar our house guests find a wonderful place of enjoyment throughout the day. Whether it's a coffee or cappuccino, sodas from VoÜS, Trumer beer, our white spritzer "Schlossgespenst" or a selection of white and red wines for sipping by the glass. In the evening, of course, there are also bottled wines, cocktails in bottles, and snacks suiting the time of day.

Our Maxi-Mini-Bar is based on a self-service concept and trust. It aims at making you feel even more at home. Set in the heart of our ZeitRaum, it is the perfect place to come together, play a game, relax, listen to the crackling fireplace, read, and be happy.
