Our kitchen team artistically creates tempting dishes inspired by Austrian and international cuisine, all made of best locally-sourced ingredients. We welcome in-house and external guests.

Wine plays an important role at Stäfeli. That is reflected in our extensive wine list! Explore top wines from Austria and, of course, we are more than happy to offer you some real treasures from our wine cellar for special occasions and individual wishes.

Top off your evening at our WeinRestaurant Achtele. Three times a week we treat you with a la carte dishes and on three evenings we organize special events. On one evening, we surprise you with our "Glück aus dem Hut" - pull the happiness out of your hat.

To indulge in our Achtele culinary delights, we kindly ask you – our house guests - to book a table in advance. Dinners, including themed evenings, and table reservations at the Achtele are not included in the price.

Have you heard about our half-board happiness? Since winter 2024/25 you can add our "belly-full-of-joy" half-board to your hotel booking.

Table reservations for the upcoming winter season will be available from mid/late November 2025.

Of course, options for vegetarians and allergy sufferers are always included in our theme evenings on advance booking.

Monday:
Achtele a la carte evening for house guests and external guests.

Tuesday:
Austrian evening for our house guests and external guests. We will serve a menu - of course the Wiener Schnitzel can not be missed!

Wednesday:
Closed day

Thursday:
The Achtele is closed. We organize our Käsknöpfle evening - exclusively for our house guests.

Friday & Saturday:
Achtele a la carte evening for house guests and external guests.

Sunday:
"Glück-aus-dem-Hut" evening for house guests and external guests.

Alternative: Fondue Chinoise or cheese fondue. No a la carte.

In summer, you can choose between our a la carte and our "belly-full-of-joy" menu. On warm summer days also on our beautiful terrace! Since winter 2024/25 you can also book our half-board-happiness as a room rate.

We are closed on Wednesdays.

Our Achtele guests who are not staying at Stäfeli, are kindly asked to book their table online.
