Our Breakfast Will Make You Look Forward to Waking up!
Our guests often praise the wide choice of our breakfast. So take a little more time to fully enjoy it. We serve our breakfast from 7.45 to 10.15. The view from the breakfast table is a special experience, which we love to share with our guests. In summer, you may also enjoy breakfast on our beautiful terrace and our special bar in the mountains. At the moment we serve your breakfast.
Our breakfast will set you up for the day, whether you prefer skiing, walking, hiking, contemplation or idleness. The breakfast buffet includes:
* a wide choice of bread and pastries from Walch Bakery in Lech
* various homemade jams
* honey and other delicacies from our “Allerlei” Shop
* natural yogurt supplied by Elmar Schneider Farm in Zug
* wholesome, carefully prepared muesli with daily changing fruit and ingredients in glasses
* fruit salad, a wide choice of cereals and fresh fruit
* sausage, ham and cheese
* delightful egg dishes
* waffles with cinnamon sugar, apple compote or cranberry cream
Our “Nachmittags jause”
… luckily, there is our afternoon snack buffet! In winter, we serve our guests from 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm tasty soups, bacon and cheese as well as freshly baked cakes (included in the room rate). Warm up in front of our fireplace whilst tasting the delicacies. When the sun shines, you are welcome for small bites on our wonderful sun terrace!
And in summer
…you can enjoy a delightful snack at the Allerlei with our “Sweet Ticket”. Please make your choice between a Frozen Yoghurt oder a (yummy!) cake.

The motto of our “Achtele” Wine Bar is: “Sharing enjoyment enhances the culinary experience”. Our restaurant provides a fine mix of a stylish and cosy ambience, imagination and an excellent cuisine with delightful, artfully prepared dishes made from fresh local ingredients. In our Wine Bar both hotel guests and non-residents are welcome. We open the Achtele at 6 o`clock. Please let us know if you want to come.
Winter evening perfection at the Stäfeli
We love to endulge our house guests with a culinary experience. We offer a la carte evenings, themed evenings like the “Käsknöpfle-Event” and a range of other menu experiences. During wintertime our guests are welcome once a week for a special dining experience. We serve an abundant “Fondue Chinoise”, including veal and beef tenderloin and chicken breast, cooked in a strong beef broth. With that we serve savoury and spicy sauces, salads, steamed potatoes, French fries, garlic bread and sharp pepper. And after the meal you can sip the soup refined with Sherry. Hhhhhmmmm!
Our tip – If you have become enamoured with it, we will be delighted to serve the fondue as an intimate candle-light dinner in our wine cellar upon request.
