Zug is a small, romantic community 3km from Lech - but not far from the action. There is a functioning gratis bus system that connects the two communities if you do not wish to use your car.
You can reach both communities in the evening with the James evening bus, your own car or taxi.

Furthermore, the Zug mountain railway (which connects the skiing areas) brings you into the heart of the spacious skiing area – and returns via the Madloch run, the Zugertobel, or for very good skiers, via the Zuppert run.

Especially popular among guests are the horse-drawn sleigh rides between Lech and Zug. Extensive walks and a super cross-country ski trail lead to the end of the Zug Valley (after the inhabited houses), which is completely free of traffic and is perfect for guests seeking peace and quiet.
