Enjoy a traditional sauna in the spa area of our Garni Stäfeli Hotel. Studies have proven that sauna reduces the level of stress hormones, adrenalin, in particular. In order to ensure your optimum relaxation, we have built a spacious sauna area with various sauna facilities.

Relax at a temperature of 80-85° centigrade. Our cabin, designed by Klafs, has room for four people and has a unique, modern, country-style design.

A healthy sauna ritual is usually completed with a sharp cooling-down treatment. Our sauna area is equipped with a special dousing shower with a side shower outlet to efficiently guarantee such cooling off, with the ice cold water.

Apart from the classic sauna, you will also find a steam bath, a SANARIUM (with SaunaPur®) and an infrared cabin for your use in our spa hotel in Vorarlberg.

After having a sauna, you may find it convenient to relax in the relaxation area at the Garni Stäfeli Hotel. Relish the soft music, the very comfortable relaxing couches and the special cob walls - traditional adobe walls - impregnated with essential oils

The sauna at our hotel is reserved only for our guests. It goes without saying that children are particularly allowed into the spa area – however, in consideration to those guestsseeking quiet and repose we would kindly ask you to visit the wellness area with your children before 5pm.
