Austrian cuisine is well-known all over the world. On the menu of our gourmet restaurant you will find regional specialties. Andreas Rumpf, the chef, serves special dishes in every season – enjoy asparagus, game, chanterelle mushrooms or a delicate pumpkin soup. Home-made dishes and cakes
All of the dishes served in our restaurant are home-made, like the sauerkraut (also available by request, cooked-in-wine.) Additionally, we produce our own vinegar and use it for the production of wine vinegar, red wine vinegar and raspberry vinegar.
In all the dishes served in our restaurant, we only use the eggs of free-range chickens, from the region of Vorarlberg, as well as all the meat products served, coming from local organic farms. You will taste the difference immediately!
Regional wines
