Repeatedly an experience - the fondue evening at Hotel Stafeli in Vorarlberg
Thursday evening is fondue evening for our hotel guests.
We serve a comprehensive Fondue Chinoise in our Pension. This evening is very popular among our guests. They especially appreciate the richly varied offer and the cosy atmosphere.
What is a "Fondue Chinoise"?: filets of veal, beef and filets of chicken are cooked in a strong meat broth, added to this are tasty hot sauces, salad, boiled potatoes, chips, garlic bread and spicy paprika. Following the meal, the broth drunk refined with sherry - simply delicious - and especially tasty!
Fondue Chinoise is only available to order (for groups) in the restaurant.
