Arlberg – The regional cookbook
Regional specialities of the Arlberg region in Austria
The artfully designed, very interesting and premium Arlberg cookbook was initiated in 2005 by Johanna Moosbrugger – the daughter of the Moosbrugger family who own the Post Hotel in Lech.
What is special about this particular cookbook is that not only the food and recipes are shown, but also the restaurants and their owners. This gives the guests an exclusive look behind the scenes of the hotels, restaurants and guesthouses.
We – the Stäfeli Hotel – are represented in the cookbook by the recipe for the popular “Steirisches Backhendl”, a special chicken dish. The cookbook is available in our hotel as well as in the shop Allerlei.
