Heinz Birk - the head of the house
looks after you in the best way at the "s'Achtele" Wine Restaurant. He helps you in the choice of wines and is happy to chat with our guests. He is otherwise and above all fully engaged in all facets of the hotel's wine trade.

Gitti Birk - the lady of the house
is already attending to your needs at breakfast and looks after your wellbeing throughout the day. Together with family, the "Stäfeli" lies close to her heart, and this is seen in the many details in and around the hotel!

Stephanie Birk - the daughter
of the house takes care of the "younger guests", especially in the holiday period and she maintains that she wishes to follow later in her parents' footsteps. At the moment, however, she is fully occupied with school and her hobbies!
